Directeur et Manager de cinq écoles, d’un institut et de trois centres de recherche. Les écoles comprennent l’hôtellerie, le tourisme et l’événementiel, les études alimentaires et la gastronomie, les médias et la communication, l’éducation et les arts et sciences libéraux. Un institut culinaire et trois centres de recherche, dont le Centre pour la recherche et l’innovation touristiques, le Centre pour l’apprentissage futur et le Centre pour la modernisation de l’Asie.
