Cette thèse CIFRE, réalisée au sein de la Direction des Systèmes d’Information et du Numérique de la Ville de Paris, tend à étudier l’élaboration et la diffusion d’un outil d’intelligence artificielle dans l’administration. L’enjeu est de saisir, d’une part, les choix politiques qui participent de la mise en place d’un tel outil ; d’autre part, les changements de pratiques professionnelles pour les agents de la Ville de Paris.

This CIFRE thesis, carried out within the Information Systems and Digital Department of the City of Paris, tends to study the development and the diffusion of a tool of artificial intelligence in the administration. The aim is to understand, on the one hand, the political choices involved in the implementation of such a tool and, on the other hand, the changes in professional practices for the agents of the City of Paris.
